I expected much more from a 4 star hotel
We recently stayed at this property and were very disappointed with our experience. Our room was not clean, with numerous spiders and webs throughout, making it feel like a 2-star hotel at best. The overall cleanliness was far below what we expected. On top of that, the food was terrible. On the first day at breakfast, we even found a fly on the food, which made it impossible for my kids to eat. The quality of the food itself was very poor as well. I expected much more from a 4-star hotel and would not recommend this property based on our stay.

To review the check-in time
The ambience and scenery is perfect for quick short vacation.
While I appreciate the resort’s amenities and overall experience, I was surprised by the 4 pm check-in time. Typically, check-in is around 2 pm, which would allow guests more time to settle in and enjoy the facilities. Considering the premium price per night, an earlier check-in time would enhance the overall value and guest satisfaction.
