Rien, décevant de l arrivée au depart
Hotel sal, nous avons du changer de chambre car pas d’eaux chaudes, un énorme cafard en arrivant. Les prises sont dangereuses pour les enfants. Pas une chaise pr s’assoir. Personnel désagréable, il a fallu demander deux fois pr avoir une réservation de taxi. Piscine sal, l eau n’est pas propre du tout. Chambre pas nettoyée, il faut leur demander. Pas de cuisine le midi, le soir seulement 4 menus de proposés Rien à cote de l hotel, pas de Grab de disponible. Hotel en renovation mais des saletés partout. Nul nul et nul. Et pourtant l hotel le plus cher qu’on a pris depuis notre arrive en malaisie. Une honte!

Hotel best, tempat cantik, pool menarik boleh sampai pukul 10pm..Semua dah menarik, cuma bilik kotor
Hotel sangat menarik, pool cantik dan besar, pantai cantik, persekitaran cantik
Bilik air kotor, macam tak diberus..mozek bilik air kuning, cermin bilik air kotor berbekas, tandas kuning..pastikan masuk, check dulu bilik bersih ke x, kalau kotor suruh staff di bersihkan.
